The two-storied bulding is of recent date and is surrounded by an indipendent garden where you may spend hours of relax in the sun or in the shadow. The bedrooms and the bathroom (with a shower) reserved to guests are on the top floor and assure privacy and quietness. Breakfast can be served indoor, in the breakfast corner of the living room, or in the garden, weather permitting.

Drive along the highway Raccordo PERUGIA - A1 that from Valdichiana leads to Umbria. When you reach the exits to Perugia, drive along the entire stretch of road with 4 tunnels, in order to reach the junction to the highway E45, at Ponte San Giovanni. At the end of the descent, turn left in direction of Cesena. Your exit is Ponte Felcino, immediately after the exit "Ponte Valleceppi".

From the exit Ponte Felcino (highway E45) to the bed and breakfast

At the exit Ponte Felcino (higway E45), follow the indications to Ponte Felcino / Zona industriale. Proceed straight ahead: go through the industrial zone (a rectilinear avenue planted with trees), go past the crossing roads (3 underpasses) and then go straight on in direction of Perugia / Ponte Rio. 50 metres after the label of Ponte Rio, turn right (2 times) in direction of Montelaguardia. After some curves, cross Montelaguardia, then turn left in direction of Montebagnolo. After a slope, the road becomes plain: on the right, there is a hill with a pine wood and on the left some fields. Proceed up to a pylon of electricity: there you will find a street on the left, with four trees of cypress at its beginning. Enter the street and proceed until you reach a slope and a curve on the right. There you are.
